Q&A’s About Your Project

Starting a building or remodeling project is kind of a big deal and you will have questions. Below are some of the more common questions that we get from our valued clients:

Q.  How long will this take?

A. This depends on the scope of your work and your location.  For example,  the time it takes to secure your building permit is out of our control.  Once we submit your stamped drawings to the building department, they control the turn around time.  Our job is to respond promptly when they require revisions.  Permitting authorities vary in how long it takes to issue your building permit. Larger metro area usually take longer because of the volume of permits that they have to process while rural markets can be faster in their turnaround time.
